Kate and Tanner made a quick trip from LA to visit us over the feb. 14th weekend. We had so much fun catching up and enjoying the gorgeous Arizona weather. No lie it was 78 degrees all weekend! I love it here!
On Saturday we begrudgingly went shooting with our gun loving husbands. The best part was when Katie and I got to ride in the bed of Matt's truck. We felt like we were on the Indiana Jones ride!
Saturday night we went to Black Angus to celebrate V-day. Matt and I went to Black Angus for our first V-day together 6 years ago. Wow I seriously just remembered that while writing this. The big draw for me is their double chocolate fudge cake. It comes with a little pitcher of hot fudge to pour over it.....yummmm I want some right now.
On Sunday we enjoyed the sun and played some fun games and then on Monday Katie and I pampered ourselves with Pedi's. I've never had a pedi in February but it's sandal weather here ladies! I know I keep rubbing that in....sorry but I had to put up with the winter my whole life and I DO NOT miss it.
We had so much fun with them and we've already planned a san diego/la trip for next month.
